The rotating fan blades draw air into the fan and expel the flow in the same direction across a surface to cool it. DR Maglev axial fans also incorporate an automatic restart feature.

Blanked and Seamless technology or (B&S) is a technology that offers protection to the fan by preventing oil leakage. Retaining the lubricant is essential in keeping the Vapo bearing in full working order.

Seal and Clip technology or (S&C) is a technology that has been developed to strengthen the motors ability to prevent the ingress of dust. Prolonging motor life.

If the fan locks up while power is still supplied to the motor, an increase in coil temperature can occur. The automatic restart function can temporarily remove power to the motor preventing unwanted temperature rise. Once the locked fan rotor is released, the fan restarts.
