The Keysight Technologies 100MHz bandwidth, active current probe for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. The probe features flat bandwidth (DC-100MHz), low noise (<2.5 mA RMS) and low circuit insertion loss. Auto demagnetization (degauss) and calibration removes any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe. The probe is directly powered by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an additional power supply. It is ideal for capturing transient current signals such as those found in motor controllers, switching power supplies, inverters, and current amplifiers driving inductive loads.
