Vishay VSMB2943 Series IR Emitting Diodes
The VSMB2943 series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. These IR LEDs use GaAlAs multi quantum well (MQW) technology and offer a hight radiant power. The VSMB2943 surface mount (SMT) IR LEDs have a clear, untinted plastic package with a variety of lead options.
