How do I make a crimp connection?
Crimp connections are made by inserting the stripped end of a stranded wire into the crimp connector, then compressing the connector with a crimp tool to mechanically deform it to ensure a tight grip on the wire.
What are the advantages of crimp connections?
Crimp connections have the advantage of being quick and easy to make, while offering a stronger connection than you can achieve by soldering.
