Use this robust D-subminiature connector socket from Phoenix Contact to link serial devices for effective communication. It consists of a 25-contact D-sub connector mated to a PCB (printed circuit board) header that allows you to connect multiple wires at the same time. The contacts are made of highly conductive copper plated in corrosion-resistant gold-over-nickel material, ensuring a long-lasting connection.
This connector has compact dimensions of 53 (length) x 12.6 (width) x 55.8mm (depth), which make it a good choice for use in setups where space is limited. For electrical safety, the housing is made of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) plastic, which serves as an insulator to protect you against electric shocks.
