RS PRO Ethernet Media Converter


This RS PRO ethernet media converter makes it easy to create a reliable, seamless connection between two different cable types. Use it to set up, expand or update your Local Area Network (LAN) by connecting devices without the hassle of joining different types of cable. It operates at a maximum supply voltage of 240 V AC, and a minimum supply voltage of 100 V AC.

You can install this compact converter easily and it's discreet enough for surface-mounting. Though small, it's big on features that help make installation simple, such as Auto-Negotiation function that automatically chooses the optimal speed and data flow. Plus, you can use either crossover or straight-through cables thanks to the Auto MDI/MDIX functionality.

This ethernet media converter meets the internationally recognised standards for ethernet functionality, IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3u. It also contains minimal hazardous substances as it's RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant.
