The Alliance Memory 1.8V 128Mbit Serial Flash Memory with 4KB sectors supports Dual and Quad I/O SPI and QPI interfaces. It is compatible with the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI), utilizing Serial Clock, Chip Select, Serial Data I/O0 (DI), I/O1 (DO), I/O2 (WP), and I/O3 (HOLD). The device supports SPI clock frequencies up to 133MHz, enabling effective rates of 266MHz for Dual Output and 532MHz for Quad Output when using QPI and Fast Read Dual/Quad I/O instructions. The array is structured into 65,536 programmable pages of 256 bytes each, allowing up to 256 bytes to be programmed at a time via Page Program instructions. Erase operations can be performed by sector, 32KB block, 64KB block, or across the entire chip.
