Bourns FLAT technology delivers a low profile solution for high density and height-restricted PCB applications. The Model 2017 Series is an ITU K.12 Class III device rated at 10 kA on an 8/20μs waveform. DC breakdown voltages range from 90 V to 420 V. Series is available in horizontal and vertical surface mount versions and a leadless design for cartridge or clamp fit applications.
