The outer jacket offers protection against splashes and debris which will cause the lamp to fail quicker than normal. They are available in a range of lengths from 118 to 350mm.

These IR lamps are simple, effective, reliable,and economical to run. They are also dimmable and therefore can be temperature controlled via a power regulator (not supplied).
