The Enhanced ranges offer mechanical advantages over the popular and widely used standard versions. These heavy-duty connectors provide a reliable high-performance power supply connection even under vibration or the effects of an aggressive atmospheric environment.

Nickel-plated brass contacts ensure a strong join, while a convenient locking mechanism secures the connection in place. This keeps the socket from shaking loose even when subjected to the kind of vibrations common to demanding industrial environments. The glass-fibre-reinforced polyester housing offers strong protection – an IP66 (ingress protection) rating indicates the unit is safe from infiltration by dust, particulates and water.
• Pole format of 2P+E (single phase plus earth) provides additional ground for improved safety
