ACS150 Micro drive, Single phase Input variable speed drive (VSD)
The ACS150 by ABB. Introducing a new level of programmability to the Microdrive, the programming is done via parameters you set, arranged together in an easy to follow logical grouping system, these are separated into 2 levels of menu (short and long view). The unit features a built in low cost keypad allowing you access to change parameters as you need them, as well as diagnostic tools and reference changing.
Features and Benefits
Analogue/Digital I/O (simple programming)
Built-in PID controller
Control via I/O
Built in braking chopper
Accel and Decel ramp rates, fixed frequencies available to program
Motor protection, overcurrent, overvoltage, overloads all included
Prompts for faults
Coated boards (protect against moisture and hostile particles)
On board potentiometer for simple speed control
Small compact size with integral EMC filter
Multiple mounting configurations: wall or DIN Rail, back or side
Unified height and depth across the sizes makes cabinet design easy (cable trays run parallel)
Note
Motors may require de-rating when used in conjunction with motor speed controllers, as their cooling fans may not provide sufficient cooling when running slower, please contact ABB if help is required.
Approvals
CE, C-Tick approvals, UL, cUL, GOST R and RoHS compliant
ABB Inverter Drive, 0.75kW Power Rating, 4.7A Current Rating - ACS150 Series - ACS150-01E-04A7-2
Adjust the speed or output of your electrical current with this inverter drive from ABB. It's placed between a power supply and a motor to regulate the current before use and to ensure it remains safe. The inverter drive can convert AC into DC to provide you with more precise control. It has a potentiometer that takes the input voltage and regulates it for use in a motor. You can control the drive using the easy-to-use, integrated LCD user panel.
Features & Benefits
