RS PRO 6P Pole Isolator Switch - 63A Maximum Current, 30kW Power Rating, IP65

A high quality, durable back of panel mount isolator complete with handle and shaft. The switch is back of panel mount, either 35mm din rail or two screw fixing. The handle is interlocked ensuring removal only in the off position, and is padlockable in the off position. The shaft is hexagonal for rigidity, 8mm across the flats and is supplied at 282mm length. Maximum panel thickness is 3mm.

Unlike fused switch disconnectors, a non-fuse isolator switch does not use a fuse to break or put a circuit into isolation, they instead use a rotary to disconnect or isolate a circuit.

This isolator switch breaks or isolates a circuit through the rotation of the rotary handle and locking ring.
