Tektronix THD Series THDP0200 Oscilloscope Probe, Differential Type, 200MHz, 1:50, 1:500, BNC Connector

The Tektronix THDP0200 is an active differential oscilloscope probe capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±1500V. This probe is effective in making measurements in IGBT circuits such as motor drives and power converters. It supports bandwidths up to 200MHz and slew rates up to 275V/ns at 1/250 gain.
