Texas Instruments CC1101RGP RF Transceiver IC, 20-Pin QFN

The CC1101 wireless transceiver is a low-cost, low-power device able to operate in the 315/433/868/915MHz ISM/SRD frequency bands. Compliant with Wireless MBUS (wMBUS) standard EN 13757-4:2005.
