RS Pro Insulated Crimp Butt Splice Terminals
A range of insulated crimp butt splice terminals made from copper with flared vinyl or nylon (mini-yellow) insulation. These insulated crimp butt splice wire connectors are colour coded for use with different wire sizes including Mini Yellow 0.2 - 0.5 mm² (stock number 239-4234)
Colour Coding
Mini Yellow 0.2 - 0.5 mm²
Red 0.5 - 1.0 mm²
Blue 1.5 - 2.5 mm²
Yellow 2.5 - 6.5 mm²
Red 0.5 - 1.0 mm²
Blue 1.5 - 2.5 mm²
Yellow 2.5 - 6.5 mm²
The insulated terminals or connectors sleeve is colour coded for easy wire size identification. The colours of the connectors relate to a wire range the terminal can accept. The sizes can be quoted in either CSA (cross-sectional area) or AWG (American Wire Gauge)
Mini Yellow = 0.2 - 0.5 mm² or 26-22AWG
Red 0.5 - 1.0 mm² or 22-16AWG
Blue 1.5 - 2.5 mm² or 16-14AWG
Yellow 2.5 - 6.5 mm² or 12-10AWG
Red 0.5 - 1.0 mm² or 22-16AWG
Blue 1.5 - 2.5 mm² or 16-14AWG
