First, place the tape and applicator on the front edge of your box and roll the dispenser down to tack the tape's lead end to the side of the box. Pull the dispenser across the top of the box, pressing the roller down to seal the flaps. Leave some allowance past the end of the box and bring the dispenser's wiper down against the corner of the box to cut the tape.
