The Microchip Single Chip Hi speed USB 2.0 to 10/100/ 1000 Ethernet Controller features an integrated gigabit PHY with HP Auto MDIX, integrated 10/100/1000 Ethernet MAC, integrated USB 2.0 device controller and integrated USB PHY. It has low power consumption and compliant with energy efficient Ethernet IEEE 802.3az.
