The Microchip Gate Driver is a high-voltage and high-speed half-bridge solution designed for efficient switching of N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs. Engineered for power management, it utilizes a bootstrap configuration to switch the floating high-side channel at voltages up to 600V.
Peak output current of 290mA source and 600mA sink
Fixed internal deadtime of 420ns to prevent cross-conduction
Supply voltage range from 10V to 20V
Compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels down to 3.3V
