The Infineon 1ED3431MU12M is belongs to the EiceDRIVER enhanced 1ED34xx family single channel isolated gate driver with adjustable DESAT and soft-off. Its suitable for IGBTs, MOSFETs and SiC MOSFETs. The 1ED3431 offers high configurability with DESAT (adjustable filter time), and soft-off (adjustable current level), through external resistor from input side.
40 V absolute maximum output supply voltage
±3 A, ±6 A, and ±9 A typical sinking and sourcing peak output current
Separate source and sink outputs for hard switching and with active miller clamp, clamp driver
