Sealed Mica Nozzle Heaters


These nozzle heaters are hermetically sealed for liquid plastic within the manufacturing process. These types of heaters are used to give long life where normal mica heaters cannot last as long due to process leakages.

These heaters are typically used on injection moulding machines, extruders, dies, moulds and process machinery.

Constructed by winding resistance wire

Insulated and terminal connections fitted

Encased in brass casing which gives good mechanical strength and protection

Supply voltage is 230 V

Up to 300 °C

Cable length is 1m
