Heat a wide range of metal plates and components with this tube-shaped 300 W heating element from RS PRO. It's well-suited for use in plastics and packaging applications, hot stamping and printing, as well as with test instruments.

These type of cartridge heaters are designed to slide neatly into holes drilled with both imperial and metric drill sizes. As the element won't work properly unless it has a snug fit, it's important that you think about what you're going to use it for before starting any drilling work.

This heavy-duty heating element is fitted with a 10-inch lead wire that is insulated with fibreglass to handle temperatures right up to +450°C. The flexible lead has deep holes in its ceramic cap, which keep it from fraying if it gets bent.

As a quality product from RS PRO, this cartridge heater has been stringently tested for safe and reliable operation.
