The HAL 103 is part of the HAL Series and is a comprehensive tester capable of performing dielectric strength, earth/ground bond and DCIR tests.

The 103 offers simple straightforward operation in a factory test or lab/compliance environment. Providing simple manual testing or complete automated operation, equipment can be tested quickly and safely.

The Seaward Clare H103 hipot tester is designed for testing the safety of electrical and electronic items. It offers a range of features and capabilities, including:
