The Renesas Electronics are Bi CMOS 3.3V powered, Low Power, High Speed, single transceiver that meet both the RS-485 and RS-422 standards for balanced communication. these device have very low bus current and it is allows up to 256 transceiver on the network without violating the RS-485 specification ,32 unit load maximum and without using repeaters.
