It's fitted with a current-limiting feature that interrupts the circuit rapidly in the event of a short circuit, reducing the let-through electrical energy and overload currents that can damage equipment. The breaker can't be overridden by holding the handle in the ON position, providing an extra level of security. You can easily install this MCB on a DIN rail to build a compact and organised system.

What's the difference between an MCB and a fuse?

Both an MCB and a fuse are designed to interrupt a circuit to protect personnel and equipment in the event of an overcurrent.
