The Microchip technology PIC16F15376-I/PT family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 44-pin 8-bit PIC has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5V. This operates at a maximum speed of 32MHz and features 28kb ISP flash program memory and 2kb of SRAM.
