The Microchip Technology PIC18F46K42-I/P family type, PDIP package, through-hole mount, 40-pin 8-bit microcontroller. It has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 64MHz and features 64kb ISP flash program memory, 4096 bytes of SRAM and 1024bytes of EEPROM. It offers low power features, performance improvements and design flexibility options that easily and rapidly enable the complex set of functions required by many embedded control applications.
