The Microchip PIC series 8bit flash based CMOS MCU has 1.75 KB flash memory, 224B RAM, 128B EEPROM, 16 I/O ports and 18 pins. It has a frequency range of 200 kHz (LP osc), operating voltage ranging between 3V-5.5V and operating temperature ranging between -40°C to +85°C (Industrial).
