The Nexperia N-Channel MOSFET comes in an LFPAK56 package and utilizes TrenchMOS technology and is designed for use in a wide range of power supply and motor control applications. Key uses include synchronous rectification in LLC topology, chargers and adapters with output voltage less than 10V, fast charge and USB-PD applications, battery-powered motor control, and LED lighting/TV backlighting.
