This PCB header from RS PRO is designed to terminate flat ribbon cables quickly and efficiently. It cuts through a cable's insulation and will join the wire to the connector, saving you time and effort. It's also ideal as a space-saving solution as 40 different cables can be connected to it at once.

This PCB header has a glass-filled polyester housing that's durable and lightweight. This keeps the component protected without adding weight to your circuit. The unit includes gold contacts and a solder termination method for a robust and reliable connection.

The connector socket is supplied part-assembled. The 2.54 mm universal ribbon cable sockets have an open design that makes them suitable for daisy-chaining. This allows you to add additional appliances to the circuit safely.
