Nylon 66 - MoS2 Filled
Modified by addition of Molybdenum Disulpide. Low friction and self-lubricating. Capable of high temperatures and high mechanical strength. High abrasive and ultra-violet light resistant. Suitable for bushes, bearings, gears and wheels etc.,Nylon 66 is unaffected by chlorinated hydrocarbons. Weak acids (pH<3) will produce signs of mild attack and strong acids (pH>3) will quickly cause decomposition. Exposure to alkalis (pH>11) and hot water will cause dimensional change due to absorption. Black in colour
