This pressure sensor is a compact, board-mounted piezoresistive device designed to measure absolute, gage or differential pressure in non-corrosive gases and selected non-ionic liquids. Calibrated and temperature-compensated on-board, it provides ratiometric analogue or high-resolution digital output for fast pressure readings within typical electronic systems. Calibration and temperature compensation are applied on-board for offset, sensitivity and non-linearity across the compensated range to improve accuracy over expected temperatures.

The device meets moisture sensitivity and solder reflow standards and endures high working and burst pressures for robust operation.

Multiple package and port styles include an SMT 8-pin form factor with single axial barbed-port options for straightforward tubing connections.
