It operates within a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 32V, delivering a continuous output current of up to 3A. This device integrates both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs with resistance values of 75mΩ and 40mΩ, respectively, enabling superior power conversion efficiency. Additionally, it features built-in protection circuitry, including undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown, ensuring reliability and performance during operation.
