The DiodesZetex Synchronous buck converter designed to provide a stable step-down voltage from a wide input range of 3.8V to 32V, delivering an output current of 2A. This product utilises a Peak current mode control for enhanced performance and efficiency. It integrates a high-side and low-side power MOSFET with an on-resistance of 125mΩ and 68mΩ respectively, allowing for high-efficiency DC/DC conversion. With built-in features aimed at reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI), this converter is suitable for various applications including flat screen TVs, power tools, and consumer electronics, all while ensuring that the device remains Compact within a low-profile TSOT26 package.
