RS PRO Plain Stainless Steel Internal Tooth Shakeproof Washer, M4, A2 304
This internal tooth shakeproof washer can be used at home or in the workplace to prevent nuts, bolts and screws from coming loose. It’s part of our trusted RS PRO range.
These shakeproof washers have serrated prongs (or teeth) inside a metal disc. The disc works to hold the screw in place, while the teeth lock into the head of the nut being tightened. The teeth are slightly bent to provide a secure hold and will not budge under the strain of weight or vibrations.
This washer is made of a stainless steel material that's hardwearing, low-maintenance and resistant to corrosion. As the teeth are located inside the disc, the finished product has a more discreet appearance than external lock washers.
These washers are designed for use with M4 screws and bolts. They’re RoHS-compliant as containing minimal amounts of restricted hazardous substances.
