Choose this float switch from Sensata for precise liquid level detection and control in fluid systems. It can serve as both an alarm and an indicator and helps you keep water levels in tanks within permissible set points, preventing either under and overfilling. The device works by triggering the opening and closing of valves by means of a magnet and a reed switch. It's commonly used in chemical and water treatment plants as a reliable way to control flow.

The float can be adjusted up and down the rod to adjust the switch point by simply moving its stops.

The switch is designed to be mounted inside a tank. You can fit it through a 16.5mm hole from the inside and secure it with a nylon nut on the outside.

Cynergy3 offers wide range of horizontal switches which are WRAS approved and have low-cost compact design. These horizontal float switches consist of a reed switch and a pivoted actuator magnet and can be used for N/O or N/C operation. The switch action can be reversed by mounting the float switch with the float able to move upwards away from the body instead of downwards.

WRAS is the standard against waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must have an appropriate quality and standard.
