Digital synthesis function generator featuring very high frequency accuracy (0.005%) with 4- or 10-digit display.
Direct menu to access all functions and simple adjustment of all parameters using the thumbwheel and selector buttons.
Sine distortion below 0.1%.
Cyclic ratio: adjustable from 10 → 90%.
TTL and 50 Ω output protected against reverse power surges of up to ±60 V.
Offset voltage independent of the attenuator.
Internal linear or logarithmic sweep over the full range of frequencies.
Internal and external modulation: AM, FM, FSK, PSK.
External frequency counter: 0.8 Hz → 100 MHz.
Memory stores 14 configurations and settings.
