These fixed-pin aluminium butt hinges offer reliability and toughness in one compact package. As part of our RS PRO series, they've been stringently tested to the highest of standards.

They're crafted from 12 mm thick, black die-cast zinc, a lightweight material that's stronger and tougher at room temperature than similar alloys. Die-cast zinc is also resistant to high operating temperatures and boasts high corrosion resistance. These hinges are powder-coated for a premium-quality, durable finish. In addition, their attractive finish means they can be used as a design element. They feature pre-drilled holes for quick and easy mounting and come in a versatile 60 x 60 mm size.

To ensure protection from damage due to electrostatic discharge, these hinges conform to the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 Electrostatic Control Standards. They're a reliable choice for heavy-duty applications like electrical panels or heating and ventilation systems.
