The Microchip technology ATMEGA family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 44-pin CMOS 8-bit microcontroller has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 16MHz and features 16kb of flash program memory, 1kb of internal SRAM and 512 bytes EEPROM. It has 32 programmable I/O lines.
