This reference design is an industrial motor drive suitable for the drive of pumps, fans, compressors, conveyor belts and others. It includes the Easy™3B power module FP100R12W3T7_B11, TLI4971 current sensors, 1ED3240 gate driver, IMBF170R1K0M1 SiC-MOSFET as well as XMC4800 and XMC4300 microcontrollers. With all the ingredients of a general-purpose drive it allows a quick evaluation of our technologies as well as the interaction between the products.
