Codelocks with Lever Handles
Codelocks with lever handles have been designed to control accesses to certain areas or safeguarding confidential and dangerous materials.
The door locks are perfect to be used for any heavy duty range with full size lever handles, allowing use as the primary lock on most doors, particularly in high traffic situations.
Whenever there is a requirement to retrofit, new install or upgrade, digital locks are made to suit all these needs.
A range of pushbutton mechanical locks allowing controlled access using a coded entry sequence.
The code lock is supplied with full size lever handles for use in high traffic areas.
SUITABILITY
This digital lock is suitable for door thickness of 35 to 60 mm.
•Models 500, 510 and 520 require a valid entry code at all times
•Models 505, 515 and 525 come with a code-free entry option
•The 500 and 505 models consist of front plate, black plate and 2-part spindle (for use with existing installed mortice)
•The 510 and 515 models include a deadlocking tubular mortice latch
•The 520 and 525 models include a full specification anti-panic mortice lock and cylinder
Most people will set a code in the range of 4 to 7 digits, and the total number of codes in this range is 1584. The lock is factory set with a randomly selected 5 digit code starting with the ’C’ button.

Important information
The code is not recorded by the factory and can be changed as often as required to any other 5 digit code.
Maintenance
To maintain the finish the lock should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth. A silicone spray or similar item should be used to provide a protective film against grit and grime.
