The Infineon Integrated secondary side controller works as PD + SR integrated controller by pairing with any 3rd party PWM controller. The device’s synchronous rectifier supports fast turn n delay and turn off delay, DCM and CCM primary converters, logical and non logical level MOSFET, and volt second integration scheme to avoid false SR turn on.
