Power and Energy logger PEL104
Whether to monitor and mapping all your electrical installations, complete energy survey, manage and control your consumption, the experience of the PEL ensure high performances.
The Portable Three-Phase Power and Energy Logger provide a convenient, cost-effective and altogether more capable solution to manage and optimize your energy consumption and savings.
Modern, the PEL104 is compact and lightweight that have been developed specifically to make it easy to collect electrical data. The Energy logger can be temporarily placed in distribution panels, or even around the premises, without difficulty and without the need to interrupt the mains supply or turn equipment off.
PEL104 features slim design and a magnetic back, it is easily accommodated even where space is limited, and it needs no installation other than simply sticking it to the steel door or wall of a distribution cabinet. No more battery problems, as the PEL104 logger self-powers directly via the phase by means of a self-powered adapter (included accessory).
With its wide measurement range, the PEL104 gathers data and calculate key electrical parameters such as three-phase current power and energy, along with phase angle, power factor, and harmonic levels. The PEL104 version has an alarm mode which allows to the user to define limits and a list of events is recorded.
Left in place to collect data over a representative time period depending on your application (few minutes or days or weeks or month or years), the PEL is equiped with an SD card, capable of storing millions of readings, collected automatically over time. Ultra-communicating, these data can be retrieved locally or remotely via a USB, Ethernet connection, or via a wireless link Bluetooth, Wifi or 3G/GPRS.
The new 3G/GPRS mode of the PEL104 allows to insert a SIM card in the PEL for remote connection via a GSM 3G link. Because measurement campaigns often stretch over several days or weeks, it is important to check that the PEL is functioning correctly during this period.
With all these modes, it is possible to monitor the measurements in real time and recover the measurement data remotely anywhere in the world.
When an alarm is triggered, users can automatically receive an email alert.
The PEL Transfer software supplied with the PEL104 can be used to analyse the data recorded. On the basis of the power measurement campaigns performed, the software automatically decomposes the losses detected and directly calculates the cost of the power consumed and gives the result in the local currency selected.
A dedicated ANDROID application can also be used to check that the PEL is operating correctly and to modify its configuration.
