上海華乘電氣科技有限公司（Shanghai PDStars Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.）是一家專門從事局部放電（PD）技術研究及相關產品開發、生產、銷售以及PD測試服務的創新型企業。該公司自己開發的PD測試設備系列可用於分析PD活動，以評估GIS、電纜、開關櫃、變壓器及發電機等高壓電力裝置的絕緣劣化情況。公司提供專業的現場測試服務，並幫助客戶找出潛在的風險及診斷電力設備的運行狀態。迄今爲止，該公司已在中國各地完成了五百多個變電站的測試任務。
